I love this tea for winding down. It has great ingredients in it. It tastes like a chai tea, very spicy. Sometimes I add honey and milk to make it creamier and it’s delicious that way. If you like spicy, warm flavors, this is an excellent choice.
I not only use this tea for the health benefits but also for the enjoyment of its flavor.
